Submission Guidelines

  • Papers should be original, unpublished work in English.
  • Full papers must not exceed 12 pages including references.
  • Use the IEEE conference format (single-column or double-column).
  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • At least one author must register and present in person or online.
  • Plagiarism above 15% will result in immediate rejection.
