These terms apply to all participants of the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (ICAI) 2026 organized by ABS Research Academy.
Submissions must report original, unpublished research. Simultaneous submission to another venue is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the program committee.
At least one author must register and present the accepted work in person or online as required by the conference format.
All submissions undergo peer review. Acceptance decisions are final subject to technical compliance with camera-ready requirements.
Accepted papers may be published in the official conference proceedings and distributed under the conference open-access policy unless authors opt out in writing before the camera-ready deadline.
Registration fees are listed on the conference website. Refund requests must be submitted before the published refund cutoff date.
Participants must follow the conference code of conduct. Harassment, plagiarism, or misconduct may result in removal without refund.
