      <abstract><p>The proposed framework redescribes human societies as dynamic ecosystems where social diversity such as richly diverse wealth, talent, and ideas are the basis for resilience and advancement, as in natural ecosystems. Selfish politics are invasive species that destabilize societies through inequality, division, and disregard for long-term problems such as climate change, posing risks of economic meltdown and instability. To counter this, we provide Ecosystem Catalysts, the technologies like decentralized governance using blockchain and AI-driven policy tools facilitating transparency, inclusivity, and evidence-based decision-making. In practical terms, this means diversifying economies, creating streams of education for diverse functions, and planning interdependent communities, all grounded in ecological principles of diversity and resilience. Case studies like Porto Alegre&apos;s participatory budgeting, the Netherlands&apos; circular economy, and Bhutan&apos;s Gross National Happiness demonstrate how ecological thinking can decrease inequality, increase efficiency, and give precedence to whole-society well-being. Challenges like, cultural nuance, rooted power, and the necessity of rigorous experimentation still persist reminding us that this framework is experimental. Last but not least, this article calls upon scientists, policymakers, and members of society to sharpen such an ecological vision. By learning from the strong ecosystems in nature, we can design societies not only to withstand uncertainty but thrive through cooperation and social diversty.
